Medical Advancement - Good?

Hello!!

Recently my helper left. She has been a great help to me, to hold the fort while my husband and I go out to work.

My little baby has not been very happy recently due to this. She clings to me like some super magnet. I could not even go to the toilet properly, not to say to shower, eat or even go to work.

So I had to be with my baby while she is awake. And work only in the dark after she has gone to bed, like what I am doing now.

With such lack of sleep and mounting stress, my health took a plunge. I had fever, flu and sore throat. My little baby, who co-sleeps with me, surprisingly was not badly affected!!!!

She had watery mucus dripping from her nose (not those yellow or green ones) for 2 days and that was all!



How did I recover?

I took Nutriact and Millennium in the morning.

Every 3 hours, I took 3 capsules of Noco.

In the afternoon, I took Oxyginberry.

My water through the day contained Refresh and Triflora.

Of course, I took a day of MC and slept as much as I can.
Very thankful for family to be with me to help to take care of my baby while I rested properly and recovered.


How did I prevent my baby from falling as sick as me?

I knew that with my lack of sleep, I will eventually fall sick.
So before I fell sick, I made sure to feed my baby her daily half packet of Oxyginberry.

She took Orchestra and Noco daily. This mixture is one of her favourite drink! Yummy!

These combination of healthy convenient food, help build up her immune system. Such that she is not badly affected by my germs...


Why didn't I and my baby take any medication?

Our immune system is just like the defense system (army) of any country. When there is peace and prosperity, no soldiers will want to sound any false alarm.

When the soldiers sound an alarm, there must be some enemies around, right?

Same theory applies to our immune system, our body's defense system. Having fever, flu and sore throat is a signal by my body, to tell me that there are germs (enemies).

Taking medication masks the symptoms, thereby giving a false sense of security that the body is OK.

Not only that, there are many side effects of common medications!

Without the convenient NI foods, I would not have recovered fast. My baby would also have to go through all the pain and sufferings from being sick.

Honey, should I love you?

I would like to share an article by The Australasian Beekeeper.

The use of antibiotics and pesticides are prevalent in bee farms.



Antibiotics and pesticides get washed by rain, and bees drink the tainted water. These are potential sources of contaminated honey.



I am very glad and blessed that the Honey and Royal Jelly that my family and baby take are tested to be free from antiniotics and pesticies.




In fact, Millennium (containing Royal jelly, honey and cactus) is one of her favourite beverages!!

We can achieve this by understanding the science of how our body strengthens our joints.


Our body can self-produce glucosamine

Our body is made up of an amazing group of organs that work in harmony, when appropriate foods and nutrients are given you it.

Our body can produce glucosamine (an amino sugar) from glucose (a sugar) and glutamine (an amino acid). As the body ages, it needs more antioxidants to help maintain healthy cell regeneration.
