Since then, Ee Ting became a strong advocate of Nutritional Immunology lifestyle. She is knowleageable in this preventive science, that studies the link between superfoods and a healthy immune system. She is well-trained to use food nutrition to regain health and prevent diseases. This blog documents the nutritional immunology lifestyle she follows, including the food she takes, when she is single, pregnant, and with a kid.
